Congratulations on the Inauguration of the Adwa Victory Memorial.

Adwa's victory is a great historical victory that not only the Ethiopians but also all the black peoples and other peoples who were under colonialism inspired them to struggle for independence and ended their independence.
We are proud to have the opportunity to fulfill our historical responsibility to honor the victory in a befitting manner by erecting a memorial that commemorates the heroes who fought brilliantly in this historic victory and narrates the struggle.

I would like to express my gratitude to the construction contractors, consulting firms, historians, artists and city administration leaders at different levels, as well as other individuals and institutions who have supported the Adwa Victory Memorial.
