• On June 4, 2026, Mayor Adanech Abiebie inaugurated the eighth Addis Mesob One-Stop Digital Government Service Center in the Kolfe Keranyo Sub-City. Housed in a modern, seven-story building, the facility features 96 service windows capable of assisting customers simultaneously. Established to ensure fair, transparent, and efficient public service delivery, the new hub launches with 22 government institutions offering a combined 114 digital services to residents.

• On June 5, 2026, the Addis Forensic and Toxicology Centre of Excellence was officially inaugurated by Her Excellency Mayor Adanech Abiebie and Her Excellency Dr. Mekdes Daba, Minister of Health. Poised to elevate public health services across Ethiopia, this national center is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology.
